Buffalohead1 There is no linkage on these trucks. The clutch is hydraulic and easy to trace from pedal to transmission housing

tomlin Ladywireman, there is no linkage for the transmission. The shifter bolts directly to the transmission and all the moving parts, shift forks, etc are internal to the transmission. The clutch is hydraulic with a clutch master cylinder and a slave cylinder.

Not very many.
Hard to find in that model year, and even harder for '11 and up (no manual trannies ).
I'd guess that it was less than 1 for each 5 auto tranny trucks produced.

To find real production numbers, you might PM FordService here on TDS. They may have access to the figures.
