Relentless007 I apologize in advance for reviving an old thread and asking a what may be a dumb question. Would the blue spring mod ba applicable to my 97' 7.3 ? I just never see anyone talk about it for the OBS trucks.

Googs I use the gold spring , you won't notice any big difference in power, it will lift your F/P and atomize the fuel better.

If you are after more power you need other components.

Fill you signature in and we can see what mods you have already and you can be advised better.

Have you or anyone you know done this mod? Which spring should I use the gold or black to increase fuel PSI and give my truck more power?

blue99stroker googs pointed you in the right direction.

when doing the billet fpr housing i would rebuild the rest of the fpr as well.

dieselorings sells a rebuild kit and billet fpr.

Blue spring mod for 7.3L?

Has anyone done the blue spring fuel pressure mod on their 7.3l? Or is this mod only for the 6.0 I have done some searching of the forums and haven't found much.Would you recommend this mod to improve performance if it can be done to a 7.3l?

P.S If you have a ford part number that would be appreciated.
