gdp Quick followup. Best $96 I've ever spent on the truck! Seat is firm, not too firm and feels like I'm sitting an inch higher although probably not that much. Received the seat foam 2 days after ordering at site I listed above. Genuine Motocraft part. The new foam is black instead of the old yellow foam and I assume better quality and definitely firmer and better support. Took me 2 hrs start to finish with no problems. Internet videos led me thru the process, had to buy a T55 star/torx bit to remove the seats and some hog ring pliers and hog rings. I found some at Murdochs near me but the upholstery versions on the internet would be more appropriate.
Thanks for the help here! Never occurred to me that I could still get a new Motorcraft seat foam.

Also found out there is another part #2C3Z 25632A23 AA which is for my seats without integrated seatbelts. It appears you need to check the trim code on your door plate to verify the correct part number.

ArcticDriver DURAFOAM ?

Claims to be firmer than OEM. Anyone familiar with this product?

EDIT:
Customer reviews say it is softer than OEM so I Just placed an order for OEM as recommended in the post above from FordPartsGiant.

Does removal of the old foam require the purchase of new staples/clips?

gdp Great comments here and I prefer to use OEM if possible. I had no idea they were still available, thanks 2000F250 for that. And thanks to George for confirming the aftermarket may not be good. I found several OEMs on ebay but the best price was fordpartsgiant at $96 with shipping. Ordered mine today. Thanks also for the comment on heating the bolts, good to know!

panhead george I replaced my bottom seat foam a few years ago. Now the driver's seat is depressed in the middle. The passenger seat is hard. I bought a new seat foam (not from Ford). I plan on placing some rebond foam (good carpet pad) on top of the middle area of the new foam. The best motorcycle seat I had was repaired with rebond foam. I could ride all day long very comfortably.

By the way, I was told by a truck body shop to heat up around the bolts on the underside of the floor to loosen the thread sealant on the bolts. This makes it easier to remove the seat.

front seat replacement foam?

My front seats are getting a little flat after all these years. The leather is still fairly good so I wonder if I can buy the right kind of foam to replace the original. Has anyone done this and where did you buy the foam? Do you know what kind of foam to use? Thanks for any info.
