Diesel vs gas now is simply a want, you can average better mpg towing and empty with diesel but it is still more expensive...

they put the 4" blocks in the early 99 f-250's, people complained of camper to bed clearances and rear being to high...so from then on ford put the 2" block in 250's and 4" block in the 350's

And modern fuel systems are much more failure prone because of the tighter tolerances and pressures of 25-30,000 psi

No doubt the 2013 truck is more refined than 99-03 w/7.3 BUT

The question is if you plan to keep it past warranty..great truck for folks who trade regularly.
Not a very shade tree mechanic...

it didnt apply the rear brakes, something stuck in it once i applied the brakes and the rear brakes stayed applied. it was full of nasty rust and gunk and i think i stirred it up when i swapped rear...

my understanding from reading on here the only problem with deleting the rabs is it also serves at a proportioning valve to reduce pressure to rear brakes as well.

Im not worried about liability...

It would take trial and error to get it right but I don't see why it wouldn't work?
