F-250 7.3 PSTD Engine
Bought it in March of 2017 single cab long bed(SCLB) stock with 134,000 miles for $5,000. Not one upgrade. Following day of purchase put K&N cold air intake on(HUGE mistake) and new fuel tank, fuel pump and fuel tank straps(previous owner had ratchet straps for fuel tank straps.. LOL). 2 days into having tore the injectors out, got Stage 2 injectors with 80% over nozzles and injector O-rings for all. While motor was apart did ARP Rod Bolt kit, and ARP Head Stud kit. Also did a new grid heater, all new glow plugs, and glow plug relay. Along with new head gaskets, exhaust manifolds, high flow non EBPV turbo pedestal, and mounting gaskets/ seals for turbo pedestal. New valve covers and intercooler piping. Got it all together and wasnt enough power. Right before any other upgrades wasn't starting right, so got new starter, starter solenoid, neutral safety switch both new batteries still nothing. Would crank but not fire, ended up being fuse under dash. Got it running right again and had too bad of a leak to drive(nearly 7 quarts every week) so pulled the motor a few times and throughout did the oil pan(tons of rtv sealer). Also did front and rear main seals(international is known for the best front and rear main seals on these PSTD engines but mine took a sh!t) along with all new trans cooler, intercooler, radiator, tranny lines, and FASS 220 fuel system, sump in fuel tank. Got front clip and engine back in and ready, so now for more power. Custom tuned TS 6 position chip to my truck, also got a wheel for my turbo, Stage 2 wicked wheel. New seals and gaskets for turbo while we had it gutted. Then did a 4" turbo back straight pipe from magna flow to a 10" axle dump from PYPES. Sounds amazing. Tons of other stuff done 2.5" leveling kit from rough country, double stacked 2.5% tint all the way around(tint strip same as windows on windshield) , radio speakers custom 2 15" rockford fosgate sub behind seat. 2015 bed, new tinted matching headlights, taillights and 3rd brake light. I personally put halos from LED Concepts in lights... look amazing would 100% recommend. Also have deep blue cab lights. Much much more done. Stage 2 trans built auto... pushed too much power blew stock tranny day of new turbo and ts chip.. Blew the stage 2 as well got warranty but thinking of going with maybe stage 4 from thoroughbred diesel.

Stage 2 injectors, 80% over nozzles. FASS 220 fuel system. K&N cold air intake. High flow non EBPV turbo pedestal, stage 2 wicked wheel in turbo. Custom tuned TS 6 position chip. Fully built auto Stage 2 trans. New HPOP. Double stacked recently with BullyDog GT diesel tuner. Custom tuned and PCM was overrode to be compatible with both. ARP rod bolt kit and ARP head stud kit.
3 pillar gauges on pillar from glow shift. Boost, egt, trans temp. Steering column gauge from autometer, its a HPOP Pressure gauge. Very useful, expensive but completely worth it. All blue dash lights as well as blue dome lights. New multifunction switch.
2.5" Leveling kit from rough country. New 17x9 Pro Comp Rock Krawler wheels wrapped around 35x12.5r17 One Cavalry M/T mud tires. 10" axle dump. 2015 bed. Tinted harley style headlights matching tail lights and 3rd brake lights. Halos from LED Concepts. Deep blue cab lights. 51.5" curved led light bar from summit on bumper. Double stacked 2.5% tint all the way around. Painted tow mirrors same white as the truck(got paint code and matched it at Summit Racing. 4 bluetooth rock lights, 1 in each fender above tire. Blue led strip behind grille.
4 new Rockford Fosgate 'Punch Pro Midrange' speakers in door and behind seats. Dual bluetooth head unit. Custom built by me, box for behind seat with 2 rockford fosgate ' Power 15" 'subwoofers and rockford fosgate 'Punch 1,000 watt' amp.
New skyjacker hydro 7000 all the way around, and new leaf springs for front and rear. New body mounts when we put bed on.
