    I have a 2000 7.3 with the 4r100. It was rebuilt a year ago and I just serviced the transmission 300 miles ago. Last trip made was pulling a fifth wheel over the mountain and my tranmission temperature gauge maxed out at over 250 and stayed there for about 10 minutes then it took about 15 more...
