Bank number one is not working at all the injectors are stone cold and it is not spitting any oil I have disconnected each injector on bank 1 plug them back to see if anything changes I make sure that the harness and the connector are nice and tight and that looks good I decided to swap out valve cover gaskets and harness from bank 1 too bank 2 problem continues so I swap solenoids From injector 1 to injector 2 and problem still there then finally I swapped out the injectors from 1 to 2 from 2 to 1 same thing. Bank one is not spitting any oil and injectors are cool . I check the wiring I don't see any cracks or melting wires I have not been able to check it with a multimeter yet but have I done enough to eliminate the injectors obviously being bad and the solenoid and the harness ?IDM ?

What about the harness where it crosses over the valve cover? It is known to rub through there and short out. I believe if you short out one of the injectors it will shut down the whole bank, can someone verify that?

I looked at the one you're talking about that sits above the valve cover on the driver side and I moved all the wires separated some Twisted pulled and nothing changed and I briefly looked at them when I took it off butt I want to check it again and also I am trying to get ahold of my friend that has a really good meter 2 check it that way.any other ideas.

It can be pretty hard to see if it's a tiny hole in the insulation. Get a bright light and a magnifying glass.

An easy way to test if the harness is shorting on the valve cover is to slip a sheet of rubber or some other insulating material under the harness. If the problem goes away, then look closer and repair the offending wire(s).

It's possible the IDM has gone south. That was an issue with the 94-97 IDMs, and is a possibility with the newer ones. Get it on a scan tool and run a buzz test to get the IDM to cough up any codes.
