'00 7.3PSD good engine for BD?

I am looking at picking up a '00 7.3PSD Excursion for my wife and kids. I make BD but haven't been on the forums for over a year. Is this a good motor for BD? I didn't pay much attention before to other motors, I was running it in a '85 6.9, I miss that truck.

One of the best motors around for running biodiesel. With it's hydraulic actuated injector system it's tough and tolerant of alternative fuel. I have run my own homebrew in my '01 PSD F250 4x4 for the past 4 years (20k miles or so), on mostly B100. Last winter when it dipped into the teens, I blended down to B70 with pump #2. As you know, it rarely gets that cold around here.
