I know this has come up a lot on here, but the other posts I’ve read seem to be guys having issues after the truck sitting, or recent brake work. Mine happened literally overnight.

I started the truck this morning to let it warm up, and when I got in and applied the brakes to put it in gear, the pedal went down to the floor and the brake light came on the dash (it wasn’t on until I stepped on the pedal).

The fluid level in the MC is fine, and I don’t see any evidence of leaks. Any suggestions on where to start?

I know you stated you didn't see evidence of leaks, but you need to really get under there and investigate. I would start by examining all your brake hoses (any enemies?) and calipers looking for fluid. If still none are found, likely the leak is in the bore of the master cylinder which wouldn't be immediately obvious until you pulled it.
