Hello,
I have a Swamps 6 position chip installed with an sct live wire tuner(touchscreen). Only using for basic gauges on it, doesn't even seem to work big waste of money... Anyways, when I have my 6 position cranked at full power, +140 hp and I really hammer on the peddle from 0-85ish 90. The "Service Engine Soon" Light comes on... Now, as soon as I decelerate to about 25-30 mph for about 10 minutes, the light will shut off. Oil pressure and oil temp are at normal operation when light comes on. No very strange codes appear on the sct livewire except p1211 and p1249.. Tried clearing codes today, and they cleared but I'd say the next drive they pop up again, these just pop up randomly not at the time of the "Service Engine Soon" light. Could it just be a safety feature? Also, keeping the rpms between 2,000 and 2,500 nothing over 3,000.

It might be as simple as the air filter sender that is set off by the large amount of boost that is being produced. Have you checked it and reset it?

P1211 IPR over pressure, P1249 wastegate solenoid (over boost). Probably not unusual to get those with the hammer down to 90MPH.

P1211 is from increased oil pressure due to the tuning.

The other one is related to the tuning as well.

I wouldn't worry about it

The SES light pops on because of the overboost code.

Then it goes away after several minutes.

You need an overboost eliminator to prevent that from happening.

Riffraff, dieselsite both sell one
