The easiest way to do it would be to install a reverse shackle kit in the front. If you don't want to build your own (GTS powerstroke has prints on his website) Off Road Unlimited and Sky Manufacturing both make them. I used the Sky kit and was very satisfied. The only thing I had to do with theirs was make custom sway bar links. If you do the reverse shackle kit, it will probably lift he front about 3-5 inches depending on how sagged your front end is now. My truck is an F350 and I had add a leaves with almost new springs. It went up 3 in. From my experience you would need longer shocks. I am using ones off of a 94-97 F450 Superduty. Another option alot of guys seem to be running is the Bilsteins that are made for a lifted 99- superduty pickup. If you don't want to gain any extra height, you still have a couple options. Some guys have used the brackets from the superduty pickups and adapted them to our style frame. I was also looking at some brackets I have off of a 1978 F250 4x4( not a highboy) and they would fit quite nicely.
