My 02 7.3 died the other day after I hooked up my trailer and pulled around to the front of my house. It started just fine and ran for 20 minutes or so and then died and wouldn't start. I left it for about 6 hours and it started right up like nothing was wrong. I had this happen a couple years ago too. I changed the cam positioning censor then and it ran fine ever since. So I thought it was the cam positioning censor again. I changed it yesterday and the truck died again today ? What should I check next ?

The next thing I would check would be your IC pressures while cranking. If your IPR solenoid is weak, it will "drop" the pin when it's hot. Once it cools down, it will grab again. You'll be able to see this if you are cranking and your IPR duty cycle is high, but your IC pressure won't build.
