04 E450 Hard Start/cold & Oil Guage Drops

When Its Cold It Doesnt Like To Start But Does Finally Catch And After Idleing For A Minute Oil Press Guage Drops Even At Normal Engine Temp. I Got A Hold Of A Scanner And Did Koeo, Koer, Checked High Pressure Oil Pump Pressure And All Related Sensors Only Thing That Came Up Was Icp Low. Didnt Want To But I Took The Valve Covers Off And Inspected All Injectors & Rails Hopeing To Find Leaks But No Luck Im Still Thinking Maybe Its The High Press Pump Issue But Idk The Oil Viscosity Is Good Filter Is New. If U Can Help I Appreciate It And Will Post The Final Verdict Thanks.
