I had the batteries unhooked for a little while on my truck and now the turbo doesn't seem to act right, is it stuck in Realearn? I have an EGR delete, is that preventing it from Realearning?

Cruising at 55 the VGT goes up to 85% and the truck sounds different, then when I get on it it goes down to 14% then stays there until I come to a stop, then it idles at 61-63%.

I'm lost....

That sounds like the vanes in your turbo are sticking. If so, it will need to be taken apart and just cleaned assuming the unison ring is OK, otherwise a new ring should be installed at the same time.

You mentioned the batteries were unhooked "for a little while". If that means an extended period of time like months, that can cause the turbo vanes to surface rust and stick.
