05 Blend door issue

PLEASE HELP, we're leaving for Florida on Tuesday and the blend door actuator does not move!

Blend door has been replaced 2X, I have checked ALL fuses, etc. vacumn motor and other assorted items are fine. Any ideas??????
It will only blow hot air no matter what temp. you set the Electronic climate control to.
