07 Superduty

does anyone know if you have buy a 07 superduty in 2006 will it be grandfathered in if they start smoging the trucks?

06 already has smog egr and cat. on it. The half of year 07 is the same. The 08 built in 07 have more smog controls for new exhaust and EGR on both sides of motor.
