I'm new to all of this. I'm wondering what would be the best tuner to put on my 08 6.4 that will delete*egr*and dpf/cat and also not throw any codes or have the check engine light on. I'm only wanting to delete the dpf/cat,*egr and make the exhaust loud and throaty . I don't want a big tune or anything. Just wanting to do what I stated above. I cant stand how the truck sounds stock. Would like to have tunes on programmer so i wont have to spend alot on custom tunes. I dont want to spend 1500-2000 on a spartan because i wouldnt use its full potential. What's my best option?

I run the GearboxZ DPF-R 4.0+ on my 2010 6.4 with the economy tune. It is a mild tune that gives you 70 hp and much better fuel economy. I partnered this with a Flo-Pro turbo back exhaust and I have noticed significant gains in mpg. The extra 70 hp is a nice bonus. You can feel the added power. I'm averaging around 16.4 mpg combined (calculated). That's an increase of about 4-1/2 mpg over stock. The kit is affordable as well. I bought mine two years ago and paid about $650 for everything.
