I doubt it....they might let some heat out...but it won't be much.

Those are the ones I went with....and some guys are using the factory vents from a Range Rover Sport...those look real sharp too.
Vents are becoming real popular right now...pick up a Truckin' magazine and flip through the ads...there's probably 5-8 different styles out there now...with a bunch of them in chroome if you're looking for something shiney.
All of them are probably cheaper than the factory parts.
