The 18k mod is nothing more than a variation on the 10k mod. It has been some time since looking at it to remember the details of the difference but I do know that if the 10k mod is hooked between the wrong wires it will reduce power and smoke. Check your wiring.

Alright so i got this mod and installed it and im a bit confused...my chip is out at the moment for reburn soo i figured id play a bit....exactly what does this do because i know installed it right and i feel zero difference...im a little pissed cuz i mash the skinney pedal and its all the same...it doesnt even smoke now...smoked more stock
