1995 Ford e350 ambulance hpop

I'm having a oil leak on my ambulance and it's starting to get worse and worse. It seems to be coming from ether these hoses or the silver portion there. There is a pipe that goes from the oil filter main to this and you can see that pipe running into this silver thing that's leaking. I've been reading and a lot of people say the HPOP generally will start leaking on these but it seems to be coming from this. I can see this from underneath and most people access there HPOP from up top.
