1995 Mitsubishi FE 639 blue/white smoke at idle

Trying to diagnose some blue/white smoke that starts to appear after idling for a while. Seems to be more prevalent when the engine temp is warm. Under load, the smoke clears out but returns after idling for a while.
Any thoughts?
