This has been a problem for probably 8 months now. When I start the truck cold or semi-cold it has a rough idle for about 30 second until it’s warm. But when it’s warm already and I start it, it’s like a golden nugget, it’s perfect. I use my high idle tune to warm it up for about 30 seconds or a little less and it’s perfect. Also starting sometimes it takes quite a bit longer than usual, not sure if it’s the same issue maybe. Opinions??

Most likely Glow plugs or the GP Relay. Worn injectors can also do this. You can ohm out the glow plugs to see if they are shot. That's probably the easiest check to make

You may only have one or two bad GP's. The other thing that can cause this is worn injectors, which can be measured and even shimmed to make them last a bit longer. There is a sticky thread on the shim procedure.
