I need help, I just finished the front springs on my 2.5 Tuff Country lift. When I put the wheels on the camber is wayyyyyyyyyyyy off. I know the axle pivot bracket has a cam style adjuster but they are all the way down. Is this normal?? Or is something wrong. Im afraid the alignment shop wont be able to do anything with it. Any suggestions would be great. By the way this is a 250 with twin I-beams. Help me please. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shrug.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

One of our fellow members has one on his F250, and as I recall the 4X4 shop had a helluva time getting it adjusted. They still did not get it done until recently he took it to another alignment shop to get it done right.

The camber was maxed out for correction due to all the sag. now that you have fixed the problem you need to get it back to normal specs. I would drive it to see if the springs settle in. Also make sure you take it to an alignment shop that knows the ifs setup. You can get the alignment close to factory specs but you will need new camber bushings. Make sure that the leaf spring bushings and the drop center pivot bushings have been replaced otherwise you will still have alignment issues. PM me if you need some more info.

Thanks for the information guys. I did a little research on the archives last night. Seems Im not the only one with this problem. I have driven it for a short trip. I'll get it out for a few more miles. I did replace all the bushing and adjusted the toe. I have an excellent alignment shop, they should be able to get it right. I love the new ride height it looks like a 4x again.
