Run a contribution test on the injectors. If they pass the issue is likely the FICM.

Ohm out the glow plug and see if its within spec. Its rare for them to go bad in a 6.0, but it does happen.

TKO...What should the OHM reading be? The Edge programmer is giving me a a cylinder #2 contribution low code. I am not sure how to run a contribution test other than that.

You cannot run a contribution test with the Edge. You need Ford IDS, or one of the better scan tools. The key is that it has to be able to turn the FICM compensation off. To the best of my knowledge you cannot do that with Auto Enginuity. It may be best to just have a dealer run the test, as they will have IDS. Typical cost is about $150.

To test the GPs, you can unplug the GP harness from the main harness and test continuity from each GP pin to ground. If it has continuity to ground the GP or harness has failed.

You can also test each plug in the engine by putting a 12V test light on the terminal and seeing if it lights. If it lights the GP is good, if not its failed.
