Well, I just turned 200,000 miles on my truck yesterday. Fuel mileage is generally 16mpg running B20. I love this truck and look forward to many more miles. The only major items replaced on the engine were the water pump, glow plug relay and a CPS.

Just remember, treat future repair bills like a truck payment. I have a ledger of time and dollars (actually my wife keeps it). I refer her back to it when I have to spend a couple of hundred on my truck. Bad part is she has a 1999 gasser, I get approx. the same mialage, but her car has a 12 gallon, mine 40 coounting the hose. Our tanks each last about a week. She has 32k on her car. She calls me a fuel hog. But when we go somewhere, we go in my truck.
