I have a 2000 7.3, 4 door long bed. I'm trying to change my fluid in the front a rear differentials I know there stock axles what fluid do I put in the front and back and how much does it take?

From the Owner's Manual for 2000 F-250 (Do you have a F250 or F350?):

Front Axle:
75W-90 (3.8 pts)

Rear Axle:
75W-140 (6.9 pts)

Note: These are pints, not quarts.

A little over 3 quarts if I remember exactly

And frictions modifier in the rear end if you have limited slip.
