I figured before I made a decision I would inquire to you guys on some of your opinions on this. Well I have had 3 powerstrokes thus far and currently still have one. I plan on keeping it. I am far more partial to powerstrokes over any other diesel motor. However, I also have another vehicle (SUV) that rarely gets driven and I am looking for another diesel. I recently was given the opportunity to trade it for a 2001 Dodge Cummins 5 Spd Dually. The truck is in great condition and seems to run fine. It has 159K on it. Bone Stock. Note this may turn into a daily driver if it turns out right. I plan on taking the bed off for a new flatbed and a new Ranch hand Front Bumper. Any insight on the longevity of these motors or any problems to make sure to avoid. I don't want this to turn into a MONEY PIT. Just want to make the intial cosmetic adjustments and keep the motor stock for daily driving.
