While driving, engine shut down with 1/4 tank of fuel. Pull over put in park and then restart. Then engine runs. Never happened before. 95,000 miles on motor.

I'm guessing CPS, cam position sensor, do a search, ten minute fix 10mm socket...

I think this is a repost from another forum, but, click on CPS in my signature and see if anything matches your problems.

Sounds like a bad CPS. Common problem... Get one from your IH dealer or from one of the sponsers here. It'll be about half the price compared to the dealer. IH part no is different than Ford. Do a search on the CPS and you should find the IH part No. or someone else will chine in with it.
