I have a 2002,7.3 diesel, excursion.
I have a small vibration that feels like it is coming from the drive train. It starts at around 70 miles per hour and at around 75 it gets a little better.
I have tried replacing a lot of parts that I thought were responsible and needed replacement anyway.
Front end all new bearings, upper and lower ball joints, seals and guides.
Rear and was rebuilt due to bad pinion bearing, new u joints and even had the drive shaft balanced.
New tires

No luck. still have this annoying vibration.

any ideas

How's the center support bearing on the driveshaft? Have you checked for run out on your rotors. That's fairly easy to do and is a major source of driveline vibration. Look at some videos on indexing your rotors.

4 wheel drive.
it has a one piece drive shaft that was just balanced. brake rotors are about 4 to 5 years old. Not a lot of miles on them. No brake chatter
