Hard to tell the difference from the PN. There are many flavors for engine harnesses - single alt, dual alt, AC, No AC, Federal, Cali Emissions, etc. Not sure which harness that PN is for (engine or body)
I'd suggest you get hold of the Parts guys at AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake (site sponsor)
AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake | Parts & Accessories with your VIN and see what they can come up with for you. It could be that the difference in the last two digits of the part number just superseding the old number, but it's also possible that it's a totally different harness that won't work.
