I just bought the truck and wanted to know if there is a wireless system for it? I read some were you could use a RF or IR transmitter how do you know which one to use ? I have one more ? the back up sensor does not work the light just stays on ?

i have a question for you, i have a 2003 also and i cant get any sound out of my dvd player. the headphones work with the radio and cd player but no dvd sound. how do you get yours to work?

When you put a DvD in does it say Dvd on the radio ? I put one in and reads on my display . I don't know if you have tried it or not but push the memory preset controls 3 and 5 to disengage the rear controls . Let know how it goes .

when i put in a dvd nothing changes on the head unit. ive pushed all the buttons i can think of \. im hoping i dont have a broken wire somewhere. i kinda want to take off the dvd housing and check it out, the screen works so its got yo be in the player right?

I would say u must have a bad wire some were going to the front controls . If the back system works fine then it's up front . The book I have said to push 3 and 5 down to turn off the back controls . That gave me control of the sound at the radio and steering wheel . That's all I can tell you let me know how it works out . Do you know of any wireless headsets for the back ?

i have the same problem in my 03 X i have verry little sound input to the radio from the dvd player so i know thats not the problem i think its in the head unit but i dont want to just guess.
