2003 F350 4" lift shocks

The truck has 4" lift front and back. The front spring hanger was replaced to make the 4" lift.

I'm worried the Bilstein 33-185545 (4"-6") lift shocks will have issues since I'm right at 4" lift. Any suggestions?
