2003 Motor into 1997 F350

Have a 1997 F350 auto that came from the factory with a powerstroke, which is blown up and was wondering if you can use a superduty motor with an E40D tranny

Not sure why not alsong as its a 7.3 I put a 99 block and heads in my 96.
Soooo, you are gonna have plenty of parts eh???
