Need to know the location of the #6 relay location. Have checked the trailer plug and fuses all good. I do not have turn or stop lights, do have running lights and brakes. Please can someone tell where the location of this #6 relay. Thank you

Relays are not numbered on your truck, and there's no relay associated with turn/stop lights in the fuse/relay box under the dash, although there is a flasher relay, which should be located behind the center of the dash below the radio. That may be your issue.
Your post doesn't tell us much about the problems you're having. If you can clarify, someone will be able to give you some help.
Is the issue with just the truck, or also with the trailer connection (since you mention the trailer plug)?

The trailer plug is good and the truck plug is good. There is running lights, but no turn signals or brake lights. The #6 fuse says it is the trailer turn/stop relay. This fuse is good just need to know where to find the relay to the trailer turn/stop. For it has to be in the relay for have checked everything else.

You should download a owners manual, if you don't have one.
Number 6 position - 20 amp - Trailer Tow Turn/Stop Relay
Number 38 position - 20 amp - Trailer Tow Parking Lamps
Number 39 position - 15 amp - Trailer Tow Backup Lamps
Number 101 position - 30 amp - Trailer Tow Electric Brake
