No diagnosing, just throwing parts at it?

So many questions come to mind (and personally I hate hearing about starting fluid being used, even though it has its place):

Do you have a scan tool?
Have you checked for codes?
Is the '04 engine an early or late one?
Do you still have a functioning EGR system?
Did you clean out the HPOP sump under the oil cooler when you replaced the HPOP?
Did you flush the suction line to the HPOP?
Are you using an OEM oil filter cap and an OEM oil filter?
Are you getting base oil pressure when you crank?
Will the secondary fuel filter bowl quickly fill up with the key on (you have to remove the filter and remove any fuel "standing" in the housing).
When you crank, what cranking rpms are you getting?
What cranking data are you getting for the high pressure oil system:
ICP pressure
ICP volts
IPR % duty cycle

I know it is a lot of questions, but troubleshooting needs to be data driven.
