I have a strange issue with my factory in dash cd changer/radio in my 2006 350. The menu button works and will show the time and allow you to change the time. The cd load button also responds but there is no response when hitting the AM/FM buttons or any of the preset buttons along with trying to power it on and off. I checked the two fuses the owners manual lists for the radio but they are fine. I want to be sure it is in fact an issue with the radio itself before I spend the money to buy another one. Has anybody else had this issue?

I found that the "radio start" 5a fuse has no power to either side of it? What sends power to this fuse?

I can't help you with diagnosing your radio, mine was ripped out the day I brought the truck home so it has maybe 3 hours on it. I just want to suggest if it does come down to replacement and you want to stay stock, check the classifieds for a used one, I have seen them for under $100. The dealer would hurt out really bad on this.
