2006 King ranch wheels

Does any have any idea about the king ranch dually wheels. I have a 2006 350 dually. If you look at the rear outer dually it has a part # for front and one for rear. Do you know if there is a different offset or something else that would hinder me from rotating without dismount and remount, or is it just that ford is too cheap to polish the entire wheel. Any help is greatly appreciated.

According to Ford, proper tire rotation for a DRW is...

Front - Swap side to side.

Rear - Swap side to side in pairs.

The front and rear aluminum rims are the same, but as you suspect, only one side is polished.
