Long story short, I have a 2002 F250 CCSB 7.3 auto, and I also have a 2008 F250 ECLB but the engine is toast. I want to do a dash swap and front end swap, my main question is, how do I use the 2008 pcm with my 7.3 engine to get the 2008 gauges to work? I'm an electrician with a background in electrical engineering so a bit of dirty work and lead testing is no big issue, I just have no idea how these darn computer guided missiles of trucks work these days. Ahh I miss my old IDI...
Thanks in advance!

Well that's depressing, not even an idea of cutting the factory 2002 cluster, splicing wires and connections to extend the gauges and retrofit the new needles onto the old unit? Where's your creativity! Looks like I'll have to get my hands dirty and be a pioneer

everything is possible. TIME, MONEY and KNOWLEDGE is the main thing you need. most are missing 1, 2 or all 3 of them to get project like that going.

good luck !!!
