I've had an ongoing coolant loss from the primary system on my 2011 6.7 powerstroke. There is currently no fluid in the engine valley but due to previous leaks I have replaced the turbo coolant line, primary waterpump, and tube to thermostat. No leak is present at the coolant crossover. The engine quickly fails a pressure test and once pressure is applied at 25 psi coolant drips onto the ground. I can see fluid on the passenger side of the engine roughly behind where the tensioner pulley attaches but cannot follow the leak on top anywhere. EGR is still installed but has been unplugged for a number or years and a tuner is in place. I can also see no leaks on top of or around the EGR. Passenger headgasket is dry and there is no fluid on the headgasket. Does anyone has any ideas?
