I need to replace the rear brake backing plates on my single wheel f350 are there any aftermarket ones that will bolt on without any problems

Why not just get a stock one? You can order them from the dealer or find one in the wrecking yard. You could try WWW.Rockauto.com

No, there doesn't seem to be any aftermarket supplier, unfortunately only for drw. However, Autonation white bear lake has them for quite a bit less than what your dealer is asking. See links above.
