I have a 2015 6.7 deleted with 5" exhaust, s & b cold air intake and no egr running sct x4 tune. Does anyone know what i can do to get the turbo whistle louder? Its super quiet compared to older f250's

Bigger intake, besides that you will have to get into the turbo itself being you have already done the exhaust. I doubt there are any real tuning options.

I'm fully deleted with a CAI and I do that really hear the turbo from the engine. It is definitely loud at the exhaust though. Even at shutdown it sounds like a jet

Whistle comes off the turbine side, so you need to modify everything after that to get more whistle. Buying a modded turbo will get you a Pmax whistle when running straight piped.

Actually, it's both sides. It's just easier to get the whistle from the exhaust side because the compressor side has a filter, 200 ft of intake (well, it looks like it), an intercooler and so on blocking the compressor whine. With the turbine side, install a turbo-back exhaust with a Magnaflow straight-through muffler and it'll whistle nicely - at least as much as a VGT type turbo can.

I've been told it is harder to get the 2015 and newer to whistle because of different turbo than the earlier models. Any truth to? I didn't realize they changed the turbo from 2014 to 2015.
