Could anyone provide me with information on the wiring of a brake controller on a 2016 F650 please?

This truck is prewired for a trailer brake controller. I just need to know what wires are what on the wiring harness?

...looks like they don't have 2015-16 Ford wiring diagrams yet. Have you checked the owner's manual (towing brochure, if applicable) for those details?

I did find some information in one of the body builder guides, but none of the wiring info seemed to line up with what I see under the dash. I'd take it to the dealer, but they are literally useless. Unfortunately, I didn't have many options for purchasing this truck, so I had to go with them. They can't even service the truck. Wouldn't even do an inspection sticker.

If the dealership won't print off the EVTM cell for you, any decent local independent shop should have some 3rd-party source for wiring diagrams, but they may charge you a little to print them since they have to pay for the subscription.
