Haven't been around here much but haven't needed to. Here's the Q; I've lost right hand turn lights and intermittent trailer fault notifications on the dash. Lights are good, fuses and OBD show nothing. Last weekend a friend with a '19 lost electric brakes. Same scenario. Is there a known issue with a module on this year. I can get his VIN and can cross reference if our build dates are similar.

Sounds like the connector for the trailer to me. I would use a volt meter and turn on the signal. Check the truck to make sure you have voltage on that post. If not then you eliminate the truck.
My friends wife said they were replacing their connectors. Got the tools and know how so I'll try that. Funny thing is he lost both in bed and bumper plugs same as I have. Local Ford shop hasn't seen this problem.

Well I get power to the pins but low voltage. I'll move it later today, it's inside but on gravel. Other half of the garage is concrete, much easier with a creeper. My guess is the connection or plugs. I did have to replace the in bed plug on my '11. It is under warranty so I might take it in.

Been busy but it's fixed. My mistake was thinking it was the truck harness. I had two friends with '19s that had to replace theirs. Turned out it was the trailer side plug. Two wires had come loose and had intermittent shorting. It doesn't really matter but my hydro disc brakes means I don't have standard wiring. Watching brakes smoke wasn't fun. Now I get to pull those apart to inspect and or replace. Those brakes are awesome but finicky. Pretty straightforward to work on but a few special tools help.
