I would just use whatever you usually run.

I would use Motorcraft. It's all I use. I believe out trucks come with the blend so I would use that. Then run it for 3.000 miles and switch to full synthetic if you use boi-diesel or tow a lkot.

The better question is why are you getting a long block on a 2020?
