No issues with mine. I have had it for about 6 weeks/6700 miles.

How do you like 10 speed?
No complaints so far. Seems like a pretty smooth transmission - I don't feel most of the shifts. There are sometimes some small jerks as it is downshifting at low speeds, but nothing to worry about. The only thing I don't like about it is the lack of a dipstick. I would like to be able to check the fluid level periodically. I'm curious to see how the 150,000 fluid change interval works out. That's considerably longer than any past transmission and kind of surprising given the hard work that transmission does, especially given the towing capability. Hopefully it's not one of those things that breaks as soon as the warranty expires.

I tried the tow/haul mode when I was towing my flat bed trailer but got a little annoyed at the downshift to 6th gear and use of the exhaust brake every time I slowed down. I did not need the extra braking power for an empty trailer so I went back to regular driving mode. Probably won't need tow/haul mode unless I am pulling something really heavy.

I took the truck on a 5,000 mile road trip towing my trailer and it was an absolute joy to drive. Lots of power and really smooth. My old 7.3 towed just fine, but it seemed like it had to work a lot harder than this new 6.7. Everything seemed effortless. I guess that can be expected when you have almost twice as much power!

What I've heard is that it is pretty common, but it is also pretty difficult to get the dealers to cover it under warranty. I put a link to a replacement steering wheel cover in my post just above.

Leather steering wheels worn or peeling is warrantable provided there is no obvious damage like abrasions, cuts and chemical influence. Ultimately it is not up to the dealership to determine coverage after an initial inspection rules out the non-warrantable conditions mentioned. All interior trim is subject to submission of digital images and authorization from Ford Motor Company as far as I am aware of.

I am at 36,000 miles now and don't have any problems with the steering wheel peeling. Vehicles I have had in the past with leather steering wheels have peeled a little over time, and I usually palmed the wheel during turns instead of hand over hand. I avoid that as much as possible now in my truck and it looks like it is working. My steering wheel looks just like it did when it left the factory.
