Pullin Injectors on a 2000 E350 15 pass van. Do I need to take the top off the #3 injector or can I pull it out as is? The dealer said they removed the #5 to get the #3 out but didn't say if they had to remove the top of the injector to get it out. Stupid stealer. Also does anyone know a place to get injectors tested. Trying to track down which injector is cracked

i took the rear motor mount off and raised/lowered the trans to find that happy spot where it would come out. not easy but it will come out in one piece. i would replace the injector orings since you have them out.

i feel your pain, good luck.

I jacked up the engine with a bottle jack and a small ( 8" ) 2 x 4 against the angle of the block.... this method requires starter removal, both Motor mount nuts and Trans mount nuts , along with downpipe removal...I did not want to remove the solenoid on top of injector...

Thanks guys. ok. so I jack up the engine, not the frame? Or jack up one side to angle it. Man I really envy those with trucks. I guess it's the price we pay to have this engine in a van.
