325-60-18's on 18x8 rims Bad idea??

I want a little bigger tire than the 275-65-18's which measure 32x10.8

The 325's measure 33x12.8 which is perfect but is my rim too narrow??

Thanks, Jason

I tried that and it was kinda ( well funny looking ) the 60 series doesnt have much side wall, try the 65 series also and put them side by side? I liked the 65 way better /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

bad thing about using too big a tire on too small a wheel is that you have to air them down too much to get a good contact patch then you have a wobbly ridding truck

I've got the Toyo 325 65 18 on my stock wheels and they work perfectly. No bulge.

Had the 325/65-18 on stock and it was "ok" but felt a little squishy.

Dumped the stock rims for 18x9.5 and...man what a difference. Squishyness went away, better mileage, better handling, and I swear it is quieter.

I'm running 35x12.5 toyo MT's on my stock 18x8 rims. They bulge a little, but the ride feels good and they are very well balanced.
