4x4 vibration

I have a vibration in my 350 when the front end is under power. I cant really tell where its coming from. I have the floor shift and keep the hubs locked in all winter. I only get the vibration when i shift in 4wd and sometimes it will go away. has new wheel bearing and hub on drivers side. Ujoints feel good. not sure if it could be in the gears or maybe the transfer case. Just looking for some things to check
