I just installed a 5" MBRP kit on a customers truck and put the muffler delete pipe in it. All I can say is WOW! That's got to be the loudest truck I've ever heard! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Anyone looking for a deep loud tone, that's the way to go. It went in relatively easy too.

How is the fit with the spare tire and rear shock?.

The fit between the spare and shock is close, real close. The truck had a 6" lift and 37's so his spare wasn't doing him any good so we just took the spare out. But other than that everything fit great, with no rubbing issues anywhere.

Aww, come on, don't be so hard on yerself.

As far as the conversion kit. Most just take the DP,,if yours is 4" and run back to the front edge inside the bed. Take some flex pipe and a 4" 90* and run it up thru one hole, do the "Y" and two more 90* elbows, then an adapter from 4-6" I suppose. (The extra size under the truck wouldnt help performance wise,,, if you want the 6" stacks, just have them on the Chrome parts) JMHO!!!

for the five inch kit was it aluminized? i was lookin for a t-409 system. theres this guy at work who has a five inch system with a muffler and that was pretty loud. i cant imagine what itd be like with a muffler delete....:-D
