Im not sure what a 5R100 is? And if your talking about a 5R110 it wont bolt up unless you have a V10

Contact Bean. I believe they had or will have a kit for it, although he said you'd probably be better off with the Allison conversion.

I messed up you are right 5r110 but i was looking at the prices and the gear vendoes under overdrive doesnt seem like a bad option. I really just want better fuel economy at higher cruise speeds

There are ways of getting great mileage. there is one member on here that has made substantial gains by dealing with little things. I think it's Dave Whitmer, iirc. You would to well to start a new thread called "what mods to substantially increase mileage."

I suggest you make yourself a signature that tells us about your truck.
